   i tried google.com and 'o' looks normal

   My phone just received a system update. Which upgraded it to Android Oreo. And the first thing I see is that they apparently went overboard a bit with the Oreo theme. All launcher icons are now 'O' shaped, loosing even more pixels to style. So, Google started with skeukomorphism, then edgy and flat was the hype, now it's apparently 'chibi', but I see no actual improvement over the years. Disappointing.
